Day 1:

WELCOME TO PERU (Arrival in Lima-Transfer to Hotel)

Welcome to this great adventure in Peru. Upon arrival at Lima Airport, our staff will be waiting for you with a sign displaying your name to transfer you to your chosen hotel. Enjoy your first views of the “City of Kings,” where you will appreciate the beautiful beaches and landscapes. We will take some time to relax during the trip so that in the afternoon we are ready and prepared for our first tour to explore the city of Lima.

CITY TOUR IN LIMA – AFTERNOON SHIFT (the city of Kings and Water Fountains)

In the afternoon we will pick you up from your hotel lobby at 2:00 pm approx. Our adventure begins with a panoramic view of the “Huaca Pucllana”, a magnificent ceremonial and archaeological center that is part of the history of Peru. We will visit the Catacombs of the Temple of San Francisco and take a walk through the historic center of old Lima, where we will see the beautiful Basilica of the Cathedral. We will then move on to modern Lima where we will visit the Olivar de San Isidro, Miraflores, Larcomar and Parque del Amor. At night and as a grand finale, we will watch the Magic Water Circuit show, an unforgettable spectacle that you cannot miss. At the end of the city tour, our transfer will take you to your hotel and you can rest for our next adventure.

Day 2:

PARACAS AND ICA (Ballesta Islands – A Paradise of Marine Fauna

Our adventure begins very early, we will receive our Box Breakfast at the hotel. Our transport will be waiting for us and will pick us up from the hotel lobby, starting a 3-hour trip to Paracas Bay. On the way, we will make a stop where we will enjoy typical artisanal empanadas on our own. We will continue our trip and head to the “El Chaco” pier to embark on an enriching tour of the capricious natural rock formations in the Ballestas Islands that are home to important marine fauna such as sea lions, penguins, dolphins and many seabirds, as well as the impressive Candelabro. We return to the pier and transfer to the vehicle that will take us to Ica, but not before being able to buy some souvenirs or enjoy the delicious tejas and classic Chocotejas of the area.

PARACAS AND ICA TOUR (Full Adrenaline in the Huacachina Oasis)

In the second part of our tour we will have an estimated time to have lunch and enjoy the delicious cuisine with a typical dance show (own expense). Once we finish our lunch our adventure continues with the tasting of piscos, wines and some cocktails typical of the area accompanied by the best Iqueñas phrases. We continue our trip and head towards the Huacachina Oasis where we will have an adrenaline-filled ride through the dunes. The tubulars (buggies) will take us to the top of a dune where we can slide on the sand. We will have plenty of time to enjoy the place and take the best photos. At the end of the evening we will return to the city of Lima arriving at approximately 10:00 pm.

Day 3:

ARRIVAL IN CUSCO, THE ANCIENT CAPITAL OF THE INCA EMPIRE (TRANSFER TO THE HOTEL)

Welcome to the beautiful imperial city of Cusco. Upon arrival at the airport our staff will be waiting for you to transfer you to the hotel. Along the way you will be able to appreciate great attractions such as the monument to Pachacutec and the Qoricancha, an imposing construction that beautifies this beautiful city. Upon arrival at the hotel you can have a coca tea and we will have a talk about your itinerary and then start the tour.

City Tour in Cusco City (exploring the Inca city)

CITY TOUR:

We will begin our adventure in the majestic Plaza de Armas, where we will visit the Cathedral and the Qoricancha or Temple of the Sun. We will then continue visiting the archaeological sites located near the city of Cusco, which are Sacsayhuamán, Q’enqo, Puka Pukara, and Tambomachay. At the end of the tour we will return to Cusco.

Day 4:

THE SACRED VALLEY OF THE INCAS Enjoy a magical experience

We will pick you up at the lobby of your hotel. Starting our adventure, we will reach our first point, the Taray viewpoint, where we will observe the Sacred Valley; then we will head towards the archaeological complex of Pisaq. We will pass along the banks of the Vilcanota River until we reach Urubamba, where we will stop for an exquisite buffet lunch of varied dishes. Continuing on, we will visit Ollantaytambo, one of the last living Inca villages, and we will have time to explore the wonderful archaeological complex. At the end, we will go to the Ollantaytambo station to board the train to the town of Aguas Calientes, where we will spend the night.

Day 5:

EXPLORING MACHUPICCHU (A Wonderful Day Full of History)

After breakfast we will depart by tourist bus from Aguas Calientes towards the wonder where we will appreciate the green landscape of the Machu Picchu Sanctuary. We will have a guided tour of this magical place for 2 hours, visiting the temple of the three windows, the sundial, among others. Depending on the time of return and according to the guide’s indication, we will have time to take photos. After that we will board the bus to go down to the town of Aguas Calientes. In the afternoon, at the indicated time, we will approach the train station and begin our return trip to Ollantaytambo, where we will board the bus that will take us back to Cusco.

Day 6:

MOUNTAIN OF COLORS (An Instagrammable experience)

We leave very early at approximately 04:30 am, heading to the Cusipata area where we will enjoy our breakfast and then continue to the “Phulawasipata” parking area where our walk begins, with an average duration of 1 hour and 45 minutes. Upon arrival, our guide will give us an explanation of the place, and we will be able to take the best photos and spend free time contemplating the mountain and the snowcapped peaks around – a unique experience. Finally, we return along the same route to reach our vehicle, then return to the restaurant to enjoy our lunch, and afterward head back to the city of Cusco.

Day 7:

MARAS & MORAY – FULL DAY Discover Inca ingenuity and technology

We begin our experience from our hotel in Cusco, heading to the beautiful circular terraces of Moray, which showcase the agricultural technology that has been maintained over the years. Then we continue to the Maras salt flats to learn about the tradition of salt making and its varieties. Finally, we return to Chinchero, where we will learn about the textile manufacturing process, and then return to the city of Cusco, leaving the afternoon free to enjoy the city on our own.

Day 8:

HUMAN LAGOON (Getting to know the Turquoise Lagoon)

We leave very early at approximately 04:30 am, heading to the Mollepata area where we will enjoy our breakfast before continuing to Soraypampa, where our walk begins (average walk 1 hour and 45 minutes). Upon arrival, our guide will give us an explanation of the place, allowing us to take the best photos and spend free time contemplating the mountain and the surrounding snowy peaks. Finally, we return along the same path to reach our vehicle, return to the restaurant to enjoy our lunch, and then head back to the city of Cusco.

Day 9:

FAREWELL TO THE CITY (Airport Transfer)

Our stay and experience are over, and it’s time to return home. The services end here, and we say “see you soon” for a new adventure with the magic of Peru.
