Start by taking in the panoramic view of the city, famously known as “the city of a thousand spires,” with its stunning skyline of Gothic, Baroque, and Art Nouveau buildings. Explore the Old Town and Jewish Quarter, where you will see the famous Astronomical Clock. Visit Prague Castle, majestically overlooking the Vltava River, and take a stroll down Golden Lane.
Enjoy your free day in Prague. You can explore more of the city at your own pace, perhaps discovering hidden gems or enjoying a coffee in one of the city’s charming cafes.
Leave Prague and head towards Cesky Krumlov, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, for a guided tour. This medieval town, centered around a castle overlooking the Vltava River, is a perfect example of a preserved Central European town with Gothic, Renaissance, and Baroque architecture. After the tour, continue on to Vienna, check in at your hotel, and enjoy the evening at leisure.
Your private guide will meet you at your hotel for a tour of Vienna’s main cultural and historical attractions. Explore the famous Ringstrasse, passing by Vienna’s Rathaus (City Hall), St. Stephen’s Cathedral, the Hofburg Palace, and other highlights that make Vienna a hub of culture and European history.
Visit the magnificent Schönbrunn Palace, the former summer residence of the Habsburgs. Explore the luxurious rooms and stroll through the beautifully manicured gardens, complete with fountains, faux Roman ruins, and a hilltop café. You can also visit the world’s oldest zoo, located within the palace grounds.
Take the train to Salzburg (about 2.5 hours). Upon arrival, your guide will meet you at your hotel for a private tour of Salzburg’s cultural and historical landmarks. Visit St. Peter’s Monastery, Mozart’s Birthplace, and the Mirabell Gardens, where scenes from “The Sound of Music” were filmed. Explore the Baroque Old Town, filled with stunning churches and cathedrals.
Enjoy a free day in Salzburg. You can opt to visit nearby attractions, take a hike in the surrounding Alps, or simply relax in the charming streets of the city.
Take the train to Innsbruck (about 2 hours), nestled in the heart of the Austrian Alps. Upon arrival, check in to your hotel and enjoy the rest of the day at leisure in this picturesque alpine city.
Your private transfer will take you to Garmisch-Partenkirchen, where you will enjoy a day trip to visit the fairytale Neuschwanstein Castle, built by King Ludwig II of Bavaria.
