Optional alternative: Enjoy a day by the Atlantic coast in La Rochelle, including a fresh oyster tasting.

In the afternoon, visit the Citadelle Gin Distillery and uncover the secrets of France’s first artisanal gin.

For lunch, a private chef will craft a refined meal tailored to your tastes, paired with Rémy Martin Cognac.
In the afternoon, enjoy exclusive access to the Hennessy Cooperage — a rare opportunity to meet the coopers and learn how Cognac barrels are handcrafted. Hennessy remains the last major Cognac house to make its own barrels!

Departure from Cognac
