Day 1:

Tashkent

Tashkent
Arrival in Tashkent. Our local Guide/ Driver will be there with a company sign. Transfer to the hotel. Overnight in a hotel.

Day 2:

Day 3:

Almaty city tour and drive to Bishkek

Morning start sightseeing in Almaty: Panfilov Park Zenkov Wooden Cathedral, National Musical Instruments Museum, and enjoy a Panoramic view at Kok-Tobe hill.After lunch at local restaurant, drive 230 km to the Kazath/ Kyrgyzstan border at Korday, after border formalities we will continue our drive to Bishkek.
Arrival in Bishkek. Dinner at local restaurant. Overnight in a hotel.

Day 4:

Drive to Bishkek – Burana – Issyk Kul Lake

Breakfast at hotel.
09:00 am: Transfer to the Issyk Kul Lake, en route visit Burana Tower.
12:00 pm: Lunch in Kyrgyz family home, not far from Tokmok city (included). Continue on driving to Issyk Kul Lake, through Boom Canyon.
Visit petroglyphs of Paleolithic era and a local museum in Cholpon Ata.
Upon arrival check in to hotel, 1930 Dinner at local restaurant.

Overnight in hotel.

Day 5:

Issyk Kul Lake – Grigorevka Gorge – Bishkek

Breakfast at the hotel.

Transfer to Grigorevka Gorge. Hiking in the gorge. Afterwards, return to Bishkek, overnight in a hotel. Dinner at local restaurant.

Day 6:

Bishkek – Tashkent

After breakfast, we’ll proceed to the picturesque Ala-Archa National Park known for its breathtaking Alpine views of pine trees, snow-capped mountains and beautiful streams. Upon arrival, we’ll do a short walk/ hike along the Ala-Archa River enjoying the panoramic view of the Ala-Archa Glacier. Later drive back to Bishkek. Lunch at local restaurant. Afternoon, a walking tour of Bishkek and its main attractions visiting the Ala-Too Square, Parliament house, White House, Manas Statue and Lenin Statue.
Afterwards, transfer to airport for Tashkent flight.

Day 7:

Tashkent

City tour in Tashkent. The Capital of Independent Uzbekistan, the cosmopolitan city in the heart of Central Asia, the crossroad of cultures and the Great Silk Road. Start tour in capital: – Khazrat Imam Complex consisting of Khazrat Imam Mosque, Barak Khan Madrasah, Kaffal Shashi Mausoleum, Museum with Koran of Caliph Othman 7 th century. Overnight in hotel.

Day 8:

Tashkent Urgench Khiva

Morning flight to Urgench at 07:10-08:55, upon arrival transfer to Khiva, day sightseeing tour in Khiva in Inside Walls and overnight in Khiva.

Day 9:

Khiva Konya Urgench Darvaza

Morning transfer to border, visa formalities and onto Turkmenistan.. Tour Kunya Urgench ancient town ruins and drive to Darvaza (278km, 6h). Barbecue dinner and overnight at Yurt Camp

Day 10:

Ashgabat

Morning drive to Ashgabat. Day sightseeing tour in Ashgabat with visits to Nissa – ancient town ruins, spiritual mosque and Central Square. Overnight in Ashgabat

Day 11:

Ashgabat Turkmenabad Bukhara

Morning flight to Turkmenabad, direct drive to border, visa formalities and transfer to Bukhara. Afternoon start of the old town sightseeing tour in Bukhara. Overnight in Bukhara.

Day 12:

Bukhara

Day tour in Bukhara with visits to Poi Kalon complex, Ismail samanids Mausoleum and Ark Fortress. Overnight in Bukhara.

Day 13:

Bukhara Samarkand

Morning transfer to Samarkand, upon arrival lunch, accommodation and visit to Registan Square, Gur Emir Mausoleum and Bibikhanum Mosque. Overnight in Samarkand.

Day 14:

Samarkand Penjikent – 7 lakes – Penjikent

Morning drive to the border. We cross the border and meet our Tajik guide and drivers. We head to Penjikent – known as Pompeii of Central Asia. We will start the ride into the mountains to explore the area of the Seven Lakes. This mountain valley is not far from Penjikent, but due to the bad road conditions, the trip takes a full day. We will drive up the valley to the sixth lake. It is then a short and easy hike of about two hours (both ways) to the seventh and highest lake, Hazorchashma. There will be time to enjoy the scenery and wander along the lake shore before hiking back down to the sixth lake and returning by road to Penjikent. On the way down we will stop for a walk in a couple of villages and will have a lunch at guesthouse in Noffin village.

Day 15:

Panjikent Dushanbe via Iskanderkul

Drive from Penjikent towards Dushanbe Zerafshan and Hissor mountains ranges. On the way, we will visit Iskanderkul, the triangular lake. Waterfall and Snake Lake before dinner. We will have a lunch on the lake shore. Late afternoon, we will reach Dushanbe where we check in at the hotel and will have a dinner with music and dance live show.

Day 16:

Dushanbe

Start with a visit to the National Museum of Antiquities with its famous Sleeping Buddha, excavated from the Buddhist monastery at Ajina Teppa. Our next stop is the Navruz Palace, We will also visit today the small musical instruments museum – Gurminj where we can hear a demonstration After lunch, we will visit the statue of Ismail Somoni in Rudaki Park. From there we will walk through pretty Rudaki Park, Finally, we will travel to the outskirt to see Hissar Fortress, the remains of an 18th century fort.

Day 17:

Dushanbe Khujand

Next visit to Khujand in northern Tajikistan. Khujand is situated on the Syr Darya River in the Fergana Valley. On the way we will visit Istaravshan, a city founded by Cyrus the Great in the 6th century BC We will visit the blacksmiths’ workshops near the entrance to the city’s market, and also meet a woodcarver and a comb maker. There will be time to see the main historical sights–the Kok Gumbaz and the Hazrat Shoh Mosque–before continuing on our way to Khujand. We will arrive in the evening and check in at the hotel.

Day 18:

Khujand – Tashkent

After breakfast, we will visit Khujand’s main market, Panjshabe Bazaar, which is the largest market in Tajikistan. Our city tour will continue to the Maslihaddin Mosque, the Lenin Monument, and Arbob Cultural Palace, where we will also visit a small factory which produces traditional Tajik textiles. We will have lunch at Anora, a house museum where you can appreciate traditional design and experience the authentic atmosphere of a Tajiki house. After lunch we drive to our final attraction, to the women’s factory Khujand atlas. Afterwards, we will departure to Tashkent which will take about 3 hours ride. Upon arrival drive to international airport and departure to KL.
